In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 21, on the Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD"), browsing this Website, as well as the use of any of its services, implies acceptance of this privacy policy, meaning that the user/visitor gives their informed, free, and unequivocal consent to the processing of their personal data.
This processing will consist, among other things, of including your data in a file duly notified to the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Personal Data ("AEPD") to which the legal and organizational security measures set forth in the Regulation implementing the LOPD, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, are guaranteed to be applied. In order to provide the services, it is necessary to collect a series of data, which in no case will be considered specially protected data (sexual life, religion, political or union affiliation, race, etc.). VII. COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
One of the purposes for which data is processed by Motos Siebla is to carry out promotional, prospecting, and commercial information activities regarding products and services related to Motos Siebla's activity.
